Project Brief & Work-In-Progress:
The aim of this project is to revamp The Professional and Adult Continuing Education (PACE) Academy's website at Singapore Polytechnic (SP), specifically for their Diploma in Design, Visual Communication (DDVC) program. Our initial steps included analyzing the existing website through observations and conducting interviews to identify areas for improvement. Prior to initiating the redesign process, we created a sitemap and customer journey map to delve deeper into user experiences and requirements.
