This motion graphic lyric video, created as a school project, serves as a showcase of various skill sets including digital drawing, motion graphics, audio editing, and storytelling. The tools utilized for this project were Adobe Illustrator for digital drawing and Adobe After Effects for motion graphics and audio editing.
The visual presentation of the video employs visual metaphors to convey the message of the song, which is about believing in oneself to overcome uncertainties, even during a long journey. The key visual elements and their corresponding metaphors include:
- Stars represent individuals facing struggles.
- Black holes symbolize uncertainties and challenges.
- A rotating clock signifies the passage of time and the enduring nature of a long journey.

After finalizing the storyboard, the next step involved preparing the digital drawings for the style frames. These style frames serve as the final visual elements, providing a preview of how the video will appear before importing them into After Effects for video editing and production.
